What you'll do

• Give direction to hourly employees
• organize job duties and oversee new-hire and cross-training activities
• facilitate safety program activities
• prioritize daily workflow to meet delivery dates
• create in-process inspection sheets and weld maps
• perform discrepancy checks in the quality system
• troubleshoot mechanical issues
• work with engineers, supervisors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
• coordinate inventory cycle counts.
