What you'll do

• Lead a portfolio of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, site development, right-of-way, construction layout, platting, legal description, FDOT/Public Works, and other survey projects
• oversee budgets, timelines, quality, and compliance
• build and mentor the Orlando survey team
• support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and technical development
• serve as a client contact, prepare proposals, and develop client relationships
• guide survey methods and quality control.
