What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to support occupancy

• monitor the budget
• coordinate advertising needs with the Executive Director and Regional Sales Director of Marketing
• meet sales activity standards
• pursue monthly move-in and census goals or identify barriers
• respond to inquiries
• develop referral networks
• host and attend community events
• research local competitors
• maintain move-in records and databases
• prepare mailings and census reports
• order promotional supplies within budget
• schedule presentations
• support the resident eligibility assessment process.
