What you'll do

• Guide patients through eyewear selection and lens options
• troubleshoot eyewear concerns
• pre-adjust frames and take measurements for lens fabrication
• process and track eyewear orders
• verify spectacle prescriptions using auto and manual lensometry
• dispense, adjust, and troubleshoot eyewear
• explain vision insurance benefits
• maintain displays and inventory
• assist with check-in, check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
