What you'll do

• Develop new business
• underwrite, structure, and close commercial loans
• maintain and service an existing portfolio
• evaluate client needs and recommend financial products and services
• cross-sell as appropriate
• respond to account inquiries within 24 hours
• conduct networking and prospecting
• meet call and annual growth goals
• gather and analyze financial data
• prepare loan memos and documentation
• oversee loan closing and funding
• coordinate with back-office staff on credit and payment issues
• follow applicable compliance policies. Some travel is necessary for client and prospect meetings and networking events.
