What you'll do
- Lead and execute production operations during the assigned shift
- manage frontline production teams
- implement the Heaven Hill Production System and Daily Direction Setting process
- reinforce safety and regulatory compliance
- identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks
- support equipment centerlines and Total Productive Maintenance activities, including Clean, Inspect, Lubricate tasks.
