The Senior Human Resources Data Insights Analyst role is fully remote. Compensation is $40.18–$47.28 per hour. The position supports a People Analytics team and executive decision-making through workforce data and reporting. The analyst turns workforce data into accurate, actionable reporting and insights. The role maintains recurring reports and dashboards, supports survey operations and vendor relationships, and safeguards data integrity and documentation for audit and compliance needs.

What you'll do

• Produce recurring operational reports and ensure data integrity and timely delivery
• audit, build, and maintain Workday Discovery Boards and Looker Studio dashboards
• prepare leadership slide decks and data summaries
• configure and run survey cycles and coordinate vendor enhancements
• manage survey vendor deliverables, service-level agreements, and integrations
• identify trends, anomalies, and correlations
• support HR audits with accurate, time-stamped data and report-logic documentation
• reconcile Workday and downstream reporting data
• follow privacy and security standards.
