Lakes Country Service Cooperative is expanding its Lakes Country Academy program to serve students and families. The paraprofessional supports K–12 students in academic, social, and emotional development in an individualized, structured setting. By assisting with instruction, behavior support, and Individualized Education Programs, the role helps students work toward their learning goals alongside teachers, staff, and families.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 60 or more college credits, an associate degree, or a passing ParaEducator/ParaPro exam score, which may be completed within 30 days after hire. Typical hours are 8:15 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 6.75 hours per day, aligned with the 180-day school calendar.
