The CNA provides hands-on assistance with daily activities, monitors and records patient information, and reports changes in condition while working with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support patient well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide compassionate care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output and maintain accurate records
• collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals
• observe and report changes in patient condition.
