What you'll do

• Manage the organizational planning lifecycle and goal-setting, monitoring, reporting, and close-out
• establish planning standards and provide training and communications
• align organizational priorities, division goals, and individual objectives
• evaluate planning tools and develop resources
• gather stakeholder feedback and improve processes
• assess organizational and divisional capabilities, gaps, and opportunities
• conduct market research and monitor industry trends
• present strategic recommendations
• advise leaders on plans for significant business strategy changes.
