What you'll do

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans
• test dishwasher chemical dilution every four hours
• clean and sanitize carts, sinks, drains, and work areas
• sweep and mop
• remove trash and cardboard after meals
• check dishwasher temperature and clean the machine at the end of the night
• follow the kitchen cleaning schedule.
