Solutions Engineer — Critical Infrastructure

The Solutions Engineer — Critical Infrastructure role is onsite in Washington, DC, with up to 50% travel potentially required. Base salary is $100,000–$120,000 per year, and the position is also eligible for commission. Echodyne develops compact solid-state radar for applications including critical infrastructure protection, transportation, and uncrewed aircraft systems. The engineer supports pre- and post-sales technical engagement by demonstrating radar products, planning installations and integrations, and helping customers deploy and troubleshoot systems. Customer feedback and post-demonstration analysis also inform product improvements and customer materials.

What you'll do

• Conduct on-site radar demonstrations at events, conferences, partner, and customer sites
• present product value to customers and partners
• lead installation planning and integrations
• configure deployments, tune systems, and provide technical support and troubleshooting
• manage customer and partner relationships during demonstrations
• analyze post-demo data and prepare reports
• develop training materials, application notes, and user manuals
• collect customer feedback and share it with product managers and engineers.
