Shop Superintendent

What you'll do

• Participate in daily JSA and safety meetings
• coordinate quality control tasks with the Quality Control Manager
• monitor timekeeping
• supervise shop foremen
• communicate project updates to project management and coordination teams
• advise on material needs
• report out-of-scope issues and installation misfits
• resolve scheduling conflicts
• coordinate equipment needs
• ensure task completion and quality
• monitor housekeeping and attendance
• participate in lookahead meetings and project kickoffs when required
• report recurring quality or performance issues
• support HSE processes and coach direct reports.
