The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in New Oxford, PA, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour based on experience. Journey Hospice serves York, Franklin, and Adams Counties in central Pennsylvania. Working under a Registered Nurse and as part of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team, the CNA provides personal care and light housekeeping to terminally ill patients where they reside. The role supports comfort and care-plan goals through observation, reporting, and timely documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and light housekeeping to hospice patients in homes, nursing facilities, inpatient units, or other residences
• follow assigned tasks and the hospice aide plan of care under Registered Nurse supervision
• participate in the interdisciplinary team
• observe patients and report and document care
• and complete timely service documentation.
