What you'll do

• Complete assessments and treatment plans using ASAM criteria
• facilitate intake, orientation, group activities, individual and family counseling
• manage a caseload of up to 7 clients part-time or 14 full-time
• coordinate services with providers and referral sources
• advocate for participants
• maintain clinical records and electronic medical records
• attend weekly staffing and provide treatment coordination.
