Job overview

Compensation is $61,000–$65,000 per year. The Clinic Supervisor – Behavioral Health role is onsite in Lockport, NY, supporting outpatient behavioral health clinics in Erie and Niagara Counties; Catholic Charities of Buffalo provides human services, including mental health and chemical dependency programs, across Western New York. The supervisor oversees clinic operations and staff, supports patient care, and maintains compliance with applicable regulations and standards. The role also monitors clinical quality, responds to safety concerns, and may provide coverage or hold a small caseload when needed.

Why this role
