What you'll do

• Welcome and tour prospective residents
• present available units and amenities
• pursue leasing goals and follow up with prospects
• prepare and review lease applications and documents
• assist with marketing and outreach
• coordinate move-ins and resident orientations
• support retention efforts
• maintain availability and pricing information
• assist with property inspections and model upkeep
• coordinate market-ready units
• and enter prospect and lease data into Yardi or CRM systems.
