Ski & Ride School Instructor

Job overview

The Ski & Ride School Instructor role is onsite in Ten Sleep, WY. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour plus tips. The instructor works in Meadowlark Lodge’s Outdoor Adventure department, helping establish its new ski school program. The instructor teaches skiing and/or snowboarding to guests of different ages and abilities, adapting lessons to their goals while prioritizing mountain safety. The role supports guest confidence, skill development, and a positive resort experience, and may also assist other departments with guest-facing or back-of-house needs.

What you'll do

• Teach skiing and/or snowboarding lessons to individuals and groups
• assess guest abilities and tailor instruction
• follow resort procedures and mountain safety guidelines
• communicate lesson plans and progress to guests, parents, and team members
• assist with equipment use and mountain navigation
• maintain certifications and participate in training
• support guest-experience initiatives and other departments as needed.
