What you'll do

• Manage recruiting, candidate screening, interview coordination, job postings, and candidate communications
• process offers and coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• administer benefits and support compensation planning
• assist with employee relations, performance management, and investigations as directed
• maintain compliance, personnel files, HRIS data, reports, and metrics
• coordinate training, meetings, and company events
• manage and develop assigned HR team members.
