What you'll do

• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools, appliances, and drywall
• coordinate work orders and apartment make-readies
• conduct preventive maintenance and property walks
• identify hazards
• coordinate vendor warranty work
• help manage supplies and maintenance budgets
• and support move-in preparation and emergency weather response.

Why this role

Requires prior apartment maintenance experience, at least three years of general maintenance experience and/or two years of multifamily experience, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver's license.
