What you'll do

• Lead the Sales Administration team
• develop onboarding programs and training materials

• support coaching and sales readiness

• monitor CRM use, reporting, and process adoption
• identify operational gaps
• coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
• support leadership reporting.
