What you'll do

• Plan and conduct specialized group activities and individualized sensory activities
• transport and supervise residents during programs
• document participation and progress
• assist with new-admission assessments and gather information from family members when needed
• participate in family-attended care-plan conferences as requested
• maintain records and support activities of daily living and restorative programs
• assist with supply inventory and activity-area organization.
