Chief Engineer — Hotel Engineering

What you'll do

• Oversee building, property, grounds, and engineering maintenance
• establish preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• train and supervise staff
• coordinate with cleanliness and property leadership
• maintain life-safety compliance
• serve as on-call engineer for emergent issues
• manage licenses, permits, vendors, contracts, budgets, costs, and maintenance requests
• inspect the property and implement corrective actions.
