What you'll do

• Perform annual escrow analyses, including surplus disbursements, shortage collection, and deficiency resolution under RESPA requirements
• process escrow disbursements for property taxes and insurance
• monitor escrow accounts, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve borrower inquiries about balances and adjustments
• manage escrow cushion calculations and aggregate accounting compliance
• process insurance loss draft claims and track repair-fund disbursements.
