What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire clerical and clinical staff
• coach and develop staff
• analyze workflows across departments
• implement organizational policies
• oversee coding, charge capture, and posting accuracy
• support OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• ensure required education is completed
• complete payroll and HR functions
• attend management meetings.
