• Design and implement scalable workforce management processes, systems, and frameworks
• establish governance, reporting, data standards, and executive dashboards
• improve work-demand intake and fulfillment
• develop work taxonomies and inventories of skills, AI agents, automation, and reusable assets
• define decision frameworks for matching work with people and technology
• shape the workforce management technology roadmap
• and lead implementation, change management, adoption, and performance measurement.
