What you'll do

• Provide Tier 2 desk-side and service-desk support
• troubleshoot Windows and macOS, applications, connectivity, and peripherals
• own tickets through resolution and meet SLA targets
• document troubleshooting and escalate when needed
• image, provision, deploy, and configure workstations
• support device refreshes and asset lifecycle tasks
• contribute to knowledge documentation and user guidance.
