What you'll do

• Greet airport patrons and provide directions or assistance
• participate in customer feedback programs and administer surveys
• monitor and troubleshoot the parking control system
• communicate professionally by phone, in person, electronically, and in writing
• explain parking policies and procedures
• quote and calculate fees
• resolve point-of-sale issues involving payment machines, lost tickets, discounts, and validations
• handle cash and credit-card transactions
• maintain a clean, safe workspace
• drive airport vehicles
• assist custodial and maintenance staff with health and safety procedures and light cleaning as needed.
