Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in North Ogden, UT, with therapy delivered in clients' homes, schools, or the community. Compensation is $22–$32 per hour. Little Champs ABA is a locally owned business overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who support RBTs. The RBT provides direct applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients build independence, communication, daily living, social, play, and vocational skills. The role uses evidence-based techniques, collects session data, and documents progress to inform BCBA decisions.

What you'll do

• Provide interactive ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or the community
• teach communication skills and replacement behaviors
• support life-skill development
• collect service data and write detailed session notes
• attend ongoing training and scheduled sessions.
