Technical Solutions Engineer

Job overview

The Technical Solutions Engineer role is onsite in Santa Clara, CA, with in-office work four days a week. Base salary is $140,000–$200,000 per year, with performance-based variable compensation and equity. Antramo is an early-stage startup working on security and governance for enterprise data and AI. The engineer translates customer security, data, and AI challenges into product solutions, supporting customer engagements from discovery through proofs of value. The role partners with Account Executives and customer teams, brings field feedback to Product and Engineering, and develops technical materials that support adoption and clear product positioning.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and deal strategy
• deliver tailored product demonstrations
• lead proofs of value in customer Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, and Azure environments
• explain product architecture
• respond to security questionnaires and RFPs
• support technical due diligence
• share field feedback with Product and Engineering
• build demo assets, reference architectures, and enablement content.
