What you'll do

• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education and management
• develop and coordinate individualized meal plans
• counsel patients and families individually or in groups
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• document care and maintain dietary status information
• develop patient education resources
• refer patients to other providers when needs are outside the dietitian’s scope.
