What you'll do

• Review menus and production logs
• prepare food according to portion controls, recipes, therapeutic and special diets, and resident preferences
• assist with production-line setup and snacks
• prepare alternate meal choices
• plan and pull products for upcoming meals
• monitor food and kitchen supply inventory
• follow sanitation and safety requirements
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• maintain patient confidentiality.
