Job overview

The Bookkeeper role is full-time and onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour. The Fixture Zone supplies retail store fixtures and supplies, including custom fixtures, to businesses. This role strengthens internal ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping, improves responsiveness and process continuity, and reduces reliance on external troubleshooting. The Bookkeeper works with company leadership and coordinates with the external accounting firm to support accurate financial operations and timely reporting.

What you'll do

• Process accounts payable and vendor invoices
• prepare and post customer invoices and apply payments and deposits
• manage accounts receivable aging and collections
• reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts
• maintain Sage ERP accuracy
• upload payroll files
• monitor chargebacks and payment discrepancies
• maintain digital financial records
• assist with financial reporting
• coordinate with the external CPA firm
• support month- and year-end close.
