Customer Success Specialist — Physical Security Technology

The Customer Success Specialist — Physical Security Technology role is onsite in Foxborough, MA, five days per week. The salary range is $90,000–$110,000 per year, and the position is eligible for MBO and commission. Hanwha Vision America provides network video surveillance products and end-to-end security solutions. The specialist maintains and demonstrates the Hanwha Innovation and Technology Experience Center, supports regional sales teams with technical evaluations, and helps customers and integrators understand product capabilities. This technical sales support contributes to customer satisfaction and successful sales opportunities.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update the HITE for customer demonstrations
• administer the center and keep products current
• support regional pre-sales work
• provide training and sales presentations to integrators and customers
• report weekly on sales activity and opportunities to improve the center and product line
• review system tools, specifications, RFPs, and competitor bills of materials with sales teams.
