Parking Maintenance Technician

Parking Maintenance Technician is an onsite role at OSU-Stillwater in Stillwater, OK. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. The position supports Parking Services and its parking facilities. The role exists to maintain and enhance parking facilities through hands-on repairs, cleaning, and minor equipment servicing. It also supports the Parking Maintenance Lead and department-assigned work, including the Orange Ride Program, and assists with customer service duties.

What you'll do

• Maintain parking facilities
• repair parking assistance devices
• clean facilities and service minor equipment
• collaborate with the Parking Maintenance Lead on department-assigned tasks, including maintaining the Orange Ride Program
• assist with customer service duties
• apply general maintenance principles, basic problem-solving, safety practices, hazard awareness, and PPE use
• maintain basic records.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends. High school diploma/GED, two years of general trades, maintenance, or related facilities experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.
