What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate project phases
• prepare project schedules
• discuss project health with operations leadership
• flag changing project conditions
• maintain project planners
• obtain approval for additional services
• coordinate design and construction documents
• provide construction services
• coordinate contracts and consultants
• represent the firm at required public design review or development approval meetings
• mentor junior project members
• assist with proposals, invoicing coordination, document review, and marketing as requested.
