Regional Service Specialist

Job overview

The Regional Service Specialist role is onsite in Lombard, IL, and pays $22–$26 per hour. Allied Universal Technology Services integrates security technology, including video surveillance, electronic access control, and alarm monitoring, with physical security. The specialist serves as a communications link between customers and field teams, routing requests and coordinating resources. Timely documentation, escalation, and scheduling help resolve service issues, meet contractual service levels, and support customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Route customer requests and inquiries to management or technical staff
• coordinate service activities across departments
• promptly communicate deficiencies and concerns
• document issues to meet service-level requirements
• track cases and work orders
• produce reports
• update work-order tasks
• follow up with customers
• assist with daily service planning and scheduling
• communicate management directives to field staff
• coordinate installation-to-service turnovers.

Why this role
