What you'll do

• Drive the community bus or van safely and follow traffic regulations
• perform safety checks after operation
• assist residents boarding and exiting and ensure safety equipment is used correctly
• keep the resident information binder current and on the bus
• maintain assignment timeliness
• adjust heating and cooling for passenger comfort
• follow company policy in the event of an accident
• contact backup drivers as needed
• take the van for repairs and maintenance and return it to the appropriate parking location.
