What you'll do
- Support inbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist with order status, product inquiries, warranty claims, and returns.
- Assess customer needs and suggest solutions.
- Partner with teammates to resolve tickets within KPIs.
- Support outbound sales campaigns as needed.
