What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products
• process purchases and returns
• support sales initiatives and loyalty programs
• train and provide feedback to associates
• assist with scheduling, payroll, and onboarding
• maintain cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, loss prevention, deposits, and transaction reconciliation
• supervise and delegate tasks when the Store Manager is absent.
