What you'll do

• Support clients with personal goals and daily activities, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and personal hygiene
• provide health, safety, and protective supervision
• complete service documentation and incident reports
• administer and document medications when certified
• implement behavior intervention plans
• accompany clients to appointments and errands
• report changes in client condition and unsafe conditions.
