Job overview

Behavior Program Manager - Applied Behavior Analysis (MA Required) in Poway, CA. This is an onsite position with a salary of $26 - $32 per hour. Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders.

What you'll do

  • Serves as the onsite case supervisor and leader.
  • Develops and oversees clinical programs.
  • Supervises BIs and provides education and training for client caregivers.
  • Drives 30-60 miles daily.
  • Supervises client sessions between 8AM-6PM on weekdays and occasionally on weekends.

Education
Master's degree
Experience
Completed Masters degree in relevant field. Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
