What you'll do

• Take phone calls, screen prospective residents, and schedule tours.
• Greet prospects, complete guest cards, and present community amenities.
• Process paperwork for new prospects and renewals and collect deposits as required.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, screening procedures, and community policies.
• Prepare model and leasable units for showings, conduct outreach marketing at least weekly, and prepare resident maintenance requests.
