• assist with project coordination and administration through design and construction
• prepare project documents and maintain project-management information
• schedule meetings
• communicate conceptual designs and maintain documentation
• maintain basis-of-design and template specifications
• review and inform design RFPs
• manage external design consultants
• communicate design standards
• manage multiple projects
• identify solutions to reduce costs without harming quality or reliability.
