What you'll do

• Lead and support foremen and concrete crews on multiple projects
• coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules
• review plans and help develop project execution strategies
• monitor productivity, quality, and progress
• conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and punch-list reviews
• resolve field issues
• maintain project updates in Procore
• coach and mentor team members
• promote and enforce safety.
