- create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual specifications in Figma
- design and balance game metagame systems and economy mechanics
- use product data, user research, and competitive analysis to identify and validate improvements
- collaborate with producers, engineers, educators, and artists
- advocate for age-appropriate, accessible experiences for children and parents
- partner with data teams on metrics
- contribute to design-system standards and AI-assisted design workflows.
