What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• oversee daily operations, cleanliness, product quality, inventory, and health and safety compliance
• ensure fast, accurate service and resolve guest concerns
• manage labor and cost controls, track performance, execute local marketing, and handle cash accurately
• communicate with team members and partner with HR, operations, and training
• maintain relationships with corporate partners and the community.
