What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• monitor and coordinate communications
• dispatch personnel and resources
• maintain logs of calls, incidents, alarms, and responses
• respond to incidents and escalate information
• monitor access-control, alarm, and communication systems
• conduct and document patrols.
