What you'll do

• Set the platform R&D strategy and innovation roadmap
• build business cases for new technologies
• lead development programs across hardware, software, systems engineering, and informatics
• oversee design reviews, risk management, verification and validation strategy, and transfer to manufacturing
• manage budgets, resource plans, and capital investments
• lead new product development and sustaining engineering
• develop a team of about 60 across domestic and international locations.
