What you'll do

• Perform basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building-envelope upkeep
• inspect building systems and equipment
• review BAS alarms and escalate anomalies
• diagnose routine failures
• complete preventive and corrective maintenance
• maintain records and Yardi work orders
• coordinate vendor access and verify work quality with the Commercial Tech II.
